Terms of Use

Terms governing access to and use of the BULORA service.

Version 2026-07

Purpose and access

These terms govern access to and use of BULORA. Access may depend on registration, the features made available and applicable technical requirements.

User account

Users must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. They are responsible for activity performed through their account.

User responsibilities and acceptable use

Users must have the necessary rights to submit content and use the service lawfully. Attempts to compromise security, bypass access controls, disrupt the service or infringe third-party rights are prohibited.

AI functions and human control

AI-assisted functions generate analyses from available inputs and context; outputs are not guaranteed to be complete or error-free.

BULORA provides analysis, verification and decision-support tools. Automated results may contain errors and require human validation appropriate to the context. BULORA does not replace legal, regulatory or other professional advice where such advice is required.

Submitted content

Users retain responsibility for content they submit and for deciding whether it is appropriate to process it through BULORA. Content is handled to provide, secure and maintain the service.

Intellectual property

BULORA, its interface, software and associated materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property rights. No ownership right is transferred except for the limited right to use the service.

Availability, suspension and closure

The service may evolve or be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security or operational reasons. Access may be suspended or closed in case of misuse, security risk or failure to meet these terms.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Material changes will be presented through an appropriate channel. Questions: contact@bouleuma.com.
